For mobile homes, utilities are charged at a flat rate for water, sewer, and garbage, while gas and electric are provided by the local utility company. For RVs, there is a flat rate for water, sewer, and garbage, with electricity usage and gas billed separately through the local provider.
You can use several providers for internet and cable, including Ranch WiFi, HughesNet, DIRECTV, and AT&T.
